FUEL DELIVERY

A few things we use

• Aircraft style gas caps:Made of aircraft quality polished aluminum. 2-1/2" opening, quick action design. Vented with no lock ($135.00), or keyed locking design($call)
• Billet 2 into 2 fuel filter:This filter is beautifully machined from high strength aluminum bar stock knurled and polished to a high degree of finish. It comes complete with a cleanable bronze 40 micron high flow element, made in USA, designed to last a lifetime. Use it to replace the crossover used on almost all Guzzi twins.5/16" (~8mm) inlets/outlets, body1-3/16" O.D X 1-1/8" long. ($32.00)
• Billet 1 in to 1 fuel filter: Same as above with single 5/16" inlet/outlet,not shown($24.00)
• Russel Fuel Filters: Nicely made fuel filter in red anodized aluminum with bronze element. 5/16" in /out. ($12.50)
• Visu Filters: economy see through plastic filters with screen element 1/4"($2.25) or 5/16($2.50)
• 7mm Cloth Braided fuel line: Quality flexible line from Germany. ($2.50/foot)
• 1/4" clear fuel line: ($1.25/foot)
• Stainless vented gas cap: Nice replacement for California 1100i etc. (as pictured in Archival stuff section) ($20.00)
• Aftermarket Petcocks: While we mostly use OEM petcocks for Guzzi aplications, it is often more convenient to use aftermarket petcocks for custom tanks.
• 1/4" male pipe fitting, 90^o outlet (rear) 1/4" hose barb, red handle, no filter, no reserve. 3/16" fuel flow ($18.00)
• 1/4" male pipe fitting, straight (bottom) outlet 1/4" hose barb. Red handle with filter and reserve. 3/16" fuel flow ($27.50)
• 3/8" male pipe fitting, 90^o right side exit, 5/16" hose fitting. Chrome with filter and reserve. Made in Taiwan.* ($18.00)
• 3/8" male pipe fitting, straight (bottom) outlet, 5/16" hose fitting. Chrome with filter and reserve. Made in Taiwan.* (18.00)
