We frequently see more demand for custom gas tanks than
we can supply in a timely fashion. We now have an alternative source for
Aluminum tanks that come from Germany. These tanks are designed for the
early Tonti Frames, although they do not mount quite exactly the same,
and may require cutting of the seat pan to fit. They come with an aircraft
style cap which requires drilling for installation, and also assume a tube
style vent at the front of the cap bolt ring. Threaded bosses are provided
for the stock petcocks, but these also require drilling before they can
be used.
