Intake Valves: Precision machined to exact tolerances, these
one piece stainless steel valves have black nitroneg impregnated stems,
and are stellite tipped. They are lighter than stock Guzzi valves, and
have better friction, wear, and flow properties.

Valve Guides: We use valve guides machined from Ampco-45 material.
This has a greater resistance to wear because of a 4-5% nickel content,
and great heat conductivity due to approx. 80% copper content. Instead
of a groove and a clip, these guides have a ridge machined on their outer
surface.

Cam: For a noticeable bump in street performance, we use a remanufactured
cam which has had a hard face overlay welded to the existing lobes of a
stock cam. Using the most advanced alloys, this process has proved extremely
durable. The cam is then reground to a new profile.
The grind we use usually works as a "drop in" cam, but clearances should always be checked to ensure minimum valve to piston clearance. (.050" intake, .080" exhaust), as well as valve to valve clearance.
