Even though the People 50 is a quiet and well mannered machine, with an "unrestricted" top speed of around 45 miles per hour, there are some great performance modifications available to increase the "fun factor". In Italy where scootering is a well established way of life, an accepted notion is that if it has wheels it will be raced. Italian after-market companies like Malossi make a full line of performance upgrades for the KYMCO line.

Like all KYMCO scooters, the People 50 comes with a 2 year warranty, which is administered in the USA by their exclusive importer. Factory produced options are also available, including a windshield, buddy seat, and tail trunk. The best thing about the People 50, is that it not only represents great style, but great value as well... you don't need to tell anybody how little you paid though!
